On November 16, 2005, WJCR opened it’s doors to hurting families and began a food ministry outreach to central Kentucky. By faith we are currently purchasing approximately 4000 pounds of food per week, and giving out groceries to over 300 needy families per month.
Proverbs 19:17 says, “He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what He has given.” God has given us a wonderful opportunity to share His love with those who are hurting.
